Two pioneers in the tokenized asset industry are now joining forces. With a strategic cooperation, the tokenization provider Cashlink and the marketplace for traditional and tokenized securities area2invest expand their services.

area2invest is Europe’s first marketplace for securities and token issuances. The Liechtenstein-based fintech links private, professional and institutional investors with issuers of various asset and product classes. Investors can invest 100% digitally, in compliance with regulations and completely free of charge.
The fintech Cashlink has developed one of Europe’s leading tokenization solutions. A modular, technological infrastructure enables the legally compliant issuance and management of digital securities for banks and investment platforms.

The issuance of digital securities offers numerous advantages for issuers and investors. Issuing costs can be reduced by up to 65% compared to a traditional securities issuance. At the same time, digital securities convince through settlement processes in almost real time and significantly lower transaction costs. Now issuers can benefit from a one-stop shop solution spanning from tokenisation towards listing and distribution utilizing the combined expertise.
