Things You Might Want to Know

Absolutely! We are always on the lookout for motivated talent and inspiring individuals to enrich our team — even if there isn’t a perfectly matching role posted right now. Simply send us your documents (your resume and a few words on how you want to make an impact with us) via our application portal. We review every spontaneous application individually and will get back to you!

Currently, we are a team of about 30 minds. We are large enough to tackle exciting projects with high professionalism and impact, yet small enough to maintain flat hierarchies and a close-knit, welcoming atmosphere. With us, you are never just a number — everyone knows each other by name, and we actively support one another across all department boundaries.

We highly value a smooth, structured, and stress-free start:

  • Pre-boarding: Even before your first day, you will receive your personalized onboarding plan (which will serve as your guide for your first 4 weeks) along with all essential information and your work equipment, including your laptop.
  • Your First Day:
    • Settling in: The morning is entirely yours. You’ll have plenty of time to set up your workspace and get familiar with your new tech at your own pace.
    • Welcome Call: Afterwards, you’ll connect with our People Team in a Welcome Call to clear up any administrative details and open questions.
    • The Deep Dive: Well-prepared, you will then kick off the next few days directly within your department, diving into your specific field and initial projects alongside your Team Head.

In short: We don’t leave you to figure things out on your own. We make sure you have everything you need to hit the ground running from day one.

We embrace a flexible, hybrid way of working — while still placing a high value on personal connection. Because face-to-face time matters to us, we host our “Cashlink Days” three times a year, bringing the entire team together in Frankfurt or shifting locations. Alongside company alignment sessions and co-working intervals, these days are truly focused on shared experiences, team-building activities, and catching up in person.
